Rare High Spec T-Spirit variant of famous Yaris Mk1 2003-5 small hatchback, with innovative 'Star Trekkie' speedometer / rev counter. Fabulous visibility and great Toyota reliability. Bigger engine size, so good on steep hills. Easy to manoeuvre and park in tight spaces. Clean inside and out but multiple minor cosmetic issues due to age. Unleaded Petrol. Manual gearbox. Good mpg (43.6 average over whole lifetime). One lady owner from new. Three original keys. Original manual and service history with 15 stamps, 6 from Toyota. Would be a super car for learning to drive. Has driver's seat height raised so particularly good for shorter drivers, but easily suits up to 5'10". Would also be good for delivering locally, e.g. pizzas or small parcels, or for Domiciliary Care staff moving between clients' homes. We have used it for local supermarket shopping and commuting in recent years as it is easy to park. New Front Tyres in May 2024. New Headlights 2015 in very nice condition. Chilli Red colour, non-metallic paint, needing work in places (but not rusty). Air conditioning not currently working (may just need refill), but sun-roof works fine. Heater and fan work fine. Radio needs attention as not currently connecting to speakers. If that link is fixed the additional Toyota cassette player should also work as both worked until recently. Central locking ok on 4/5 doors (not front passenger). Electric Front windows are fine, as are the handy electric wing mirrors. Original tools. Spare (temporary) tyre. Locking wheel nut. Several MOT advisories, so ideally needs a bit of attention, but none of them are stopping this lovely little car doing its basic job of getting from A to B, uphill and down, safely and cheaply. It now needs more time than we can provide but is potentially worth a good deal more (search autotrader nationwide) and as a Toyota, it may well last to 200,000 miles. Road Tax 190 per annum.
