Description
I'm selling my Mini due to ownership of a new, larger & electric vehicle, meaning I no longer need it.
The Mini has been on the driveway and not used for the last 4-5 months, except from the routine turning over and nip around the block to keep it ticking.
There are a couple of minor stone chips, the top of the antenna snapped off 2-3 years ago on the motorway (although there's no issues with signal/radio etc) and you can see the condition of the wheels as per the photos (I bought it with some scuffs - it's had 3 previous owners - although a couple may have been during my ownership).
I have the FSH up until 2020. However, although I had it serviced in 2021 & 2023, due to a house move and significant renovations, I've lost the paperwork for these. It will probably benefit from a service this year (2025).
I've had some big ticket repairs in recent years, so it shouldn't require any major works in the foreseeable future (receipts will be provided):
August 2018
Replaced airbox
Replaced high pressure fuel pump
Replaced thermostat
July 2019
Replaced timing chain & other associated works (68k miles)
2023
Replaced front windscreen
Aug 2024
Replaced high pressure fuel pump again
As you'll see from one of the photos, the start/stop warning light shows up and then disappears 30-60 seconds later; this happened after the high pressure fuel pump replacement in 2024. It seems to be common on these models that the sensors can be a little temperamental and it was likely knocked during the works. From what I've read on forums this is a very minor repair and as it hasn't affected the car in any way, and as I've not really used it in the last 4-5 months I've not got round to getting it replaced.
The electric sunroofs fully work, although might benefit from a little lubrication as again, these haven't been used in a while.
The number plate has been partially hidden on the ad due to cloning concerns locally.
The car runs very well, is extremely nippy and feels very solid. It's been great to drive around in and the 'Sport' mode works perfectly, where the handling stiffens up perfectly, and you get a noticably sharper throttle response and higher revs.
Genuinely gutted to see it go, but I no longer have use for it and it's sad to see it just sat there. I've tried to be as honest as possible, so I'd appreciate no time wasters and tyre kickers.
Bank transfered would be my preferred payment method.
