This has been investigated at locally used car garage and Honda specialist garage - tests have been conducted, injectors were sent off, cleaned, and passed. Following a valve clearance test, it was identified that one valve has a slightly lower pressure compared to the others, thus causing the management light error code. After investigation and diagnoses, it has been advised to replace the value and fix this issue.
