Description

This rare UK-supplied P38 Range Rover Holland & Holland is one of the '20 of 100' with the rear entertainment pack. It has been well-maintained and garaged for much of its life, preserving its deep shine with minimal age-related marks. The bodywork, rubbers, and lights are in excellent condition, with only minor blemishes. I always wanted a P38 Range Rover, and a Holland and Holland if I could get hold of one. I set about to find the best example I could, and this car has not disappointed. It has been truly reliable and often receives comments relating to its quality from mechanics who have worked on or MOT'd the car. First registered in London in January 2001, it later moved to the Lake District in 2006, then to the Highlands in 2012, where it was part of a shoot vehicle collection, covering only 90 miles in 10 years. I purchased it in 2022 from V8 Vault, and while regrettably the original service book was lost when the paperwork was sent down, copies of the records and a replacement book with stamps from original garages (still operating) are present. During my ownership, I have ensured reliability and performed sympathetic restorations, including touch-ups, refinished wing mirrors and rear bumper. Internally, the genuine walnut trim and accents have been painstakingly re-oiled, in the correct manor without leaving blisters and faded finishes often seen on other examples. The deteriorated front door handle bluing was professionally restored, and the stereo was upgraded to a premium Focal system, installed with reversibility in mind - the original unit is included. Mechanically, the car has been maintained by P38 specialists Turners, ensuring everything operates as expected, including air suspension, low range box, cruise control, air conditioning, heated seats, and heated windscreen. The engine gains revs smoothly and accelerates comfortably through the gears making both town driving and motorways effortless. Notable recent work includes: New tyres New genuine air suspension pump New A/C blend motors New windscreen New battery New steering racks and dampers BECM module Brake rebuild by BCS Automotive Major & minor services through Turners This well-kept, rare example has even been featured on JayEmm on Cars . After three wonderful winters, I'm now ready for my next adventure so it's reluctantly up for sale. I hope to find a good home for this exceptional Holland & Holland where it will continue to be enjoyed and appreciated.
