Description

I bought this car privately from an old chap. It was his, and then his sons and has lived a stress free life since about 40k. I don't have the history before that, but timing belt was done at 78k and there are about 12 Volvo service stamps in the book. I've been driving it since November 24, as a replacement for a dodgy land rover I bought (see below). It's been great, apart from a heater issue I've now resolved, it starts and runs as it should, glove box rattles a bit and some creeks from the interior which looks 100,000 miles old.. but everything works. The down shift on the auto is a bit jumpy to 2nd, but no knocks or noises. MOT is due in May and I expect no issues. It will be available for sale at some point before then because I need an estate/van or pick up ideally.a LOOKING FOR A BARGAIN CAR? READ BELOW. DO NOT BUY FROM HERITAGE AUTOMOTIVE FACTOR I bought a land rover from them in November. Specialising in vehicles under 2.5k and I needed a quick buy for work. I bought a Freelander that in short was so unsafe, that it had to be immediately removed from the road after only 2days of driving it. My texts were responded to, then they stopped and blocked me. They told me 'good luck' trying to return it and 'do what I want'. They operate as a family run business which is a joke, basically means they operate from a house. There's no showroom or yard as the pictures suggest. They will sell anything, no matter the condition and offer a 3 month warranty, which is not worth the paper it's printed on. The small print says they can refuse return and at best will only pay towards 300 pounds of any repairs, at their garage and they can refuse that too.
