I am selling my VW Passat because I have bought a replacement car. The vehicle has had regular services for the time that I have owned the it and is being sold with 12 months MOT. The car starts without problem every time, however there is a red alternator light on the dash (I have had a quote from a local garage of 500 pounds to replace the alternator.
