Description

Welcome to the sale of my 2007 Civic Type-R. I've owned this car for nearly 4 years now and it's been a treat to drive every time I've been in it. It has full service history and a lot of work done to it over the years. I've tried to keep the car meticulously maintained in my ownership, see below for a brief summary. MOT expires 7th March 2026 Mileage at 132,000 9 previous owners EcuTek installed and mapped by TDI North, 4 maps included. This car has had the following modifications carried out to improve the cars handling and drivability: 1. Stage 1 tune at TDI North (4 swappable maps) includes lowered VTEC engagement @ 3600RPM, rev limiter increased to 8600RPM, crackle on overrun, flatfoot shifting & rev matching 2. 30mm Eibach lowering springs 3. Japspeed resonated catback exhaust 2.5" 4. 15mm Tegiwa wheel spacers all around 5. Solarplexius tinted rear window shades (removable) 6. Skunk2 weighted shift knob Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport 5's all around, brand new in rear and over a year old on the fronts with loads of life left New alternator, aux belt and idler pulley bearing fitted this year New rear brake discs and pads on rears after MOT advisory Just recently been serviced New battery fitted prior to Christmas Driveshaft replaced last year with J&R driveshafts There are a few bad points as with any car which can be found below - Scratch on the left side door/quarter panel, Touched up scuffs on front drivers side bumper Bonnet has a number of stone chips Lacquer peel spot on boot Lacquer peel on drivers mirror Some roof rust visible under windshield rubber strip Drivers side mirror doesn't fold in on the button Radio pixels go a bit funny when volume is changed Exhaust touches against rear left coil spring over certain bumps (TGM inspected and confirmed this, never really bothered me) If you have any questions just please let me know, as I have much more information on recent servicing and part replacements if needed.
