Hi all, I've got our Volvo up for sale. It has been a great family car but now with both of my partner and I working from home, it is surplus to our requirements. I bought it locally and maintained it locally also. It comes with a stack of paperwork, service records, owner manual and 2 keys. It has also got a boot liner and an extra set of winter mats. In my ownership the car has been very reliable, never let me down, always started first time and got me where I needed to be. We've had some weekends away camping in it, the back can accommodate 2 adults sleeping comfortably. We have done a number of bootsales and used the car for endless tip runs, when updating our property. It has been nothing but great. No oil or coolant is being consumed by Volvo. There is no rust anywhere on the car, as you would have expected. I look after all of my cars - Volvo has been washed every 2 weeks and walleted every few weeks. The only 2 faults are the following: driver's heated seat does not work (I have not looked into resolving it) and the boot lid recently started to "stick" (at times it would not open but the lock works - perhaps it needs greasing). There are some dents and scratches to the body work but nothing too serious. It is not a showroom car but still looks amazing. In my 1.5 years of ownership, I've had some big jobs done: auto box service and valve body replacement, cambelt and water pump replacement, breaks, suspension components and alarm siren replacement. Invoices for those jobs will be handed over to the new owner. The car has been on my private reg (P99SOB) but it won't come with the car. The original registration is J99PJG and the car will be sold with those plates. I have taken my private plates off the car and notified DVLA on the 2nd of March - a new logbook in on its way to my address.
