Low mileage and awesome condition RX7 FD3S Type R Bathurst. This is the last and latest model year for RX7s to be produced and outside of the Spirit Type-R arguably one of the most wanted. I purchased this car in May 2023 and have spent the last couple of years fettling and improving it to be as close to factory fresh as I can. When purchased the clear coat had been peeling, so I decided to opt for a full bare-metal respray to get the paint back to how it should be. Most importantly, the car is absolutely stock both mechanically and visually. I have spent a lot of time, research and money on sourcing any of the bits and pieces that tend to go missing over the years. So this is now 99% showroom spec, including stock radio, spare wheel cover, toolkit, jack, and all interior parts that usually break. The engine is also stock, and is impressively strong. With compression tested a couple of months ago at 107-108-108 and 106-104-103 at 251 RPM. Fully serviced recently with new NGK plugs and OE Mazda oil filter. From the documentation I have, it's never been mechanically modified, just maintained regularly (large service document pack included). The underneath is very clean and almost rust-free. The car was imported in 2016 at 89654 km (55708 miles) and it is now on 59384 miles. The only downside is that I haven't changed the tyres from when purchased, so they are great condition, but old compound. This is one of those rare occasions where an unmodifed RX7 hits the market and has had most, if not all, of the minor glitches fixed with original equipment. I can't say it's concour condition, but it is one of the finest FDs I have personally seen. I am based near Dorchester, Dorset.
