Description
So, there's a bit of history behind this wonderful vehicle. When we all got the nod to leave our homes after lock down and go on our summer holidays back in 2021, we need to visit the mother-in-in law who lives in Portugal. We'd always flown and hired either a 7 seater or two cars (lots of kids), however, as flights were astronomical, and hiring a 7 seater was the price of buying a car, well, we decided to buy the above, and make a road trip of it. The previous owner, a nice guy had it for his family, and was also the the local junior football coach, so he used it to ferry some of the team about, and he looked after it. We had also previously owned a Chryler many moons ago, so this was our prefered choice, and the deal was to sell the vehicle upon return. However (again), the kids love for the car and the road trip being so successful, plus 2 at uni, we decided to keep it. Since that summer, we never made another road trip, and other than ferrying kids to uni and all their gear, the odd family trips out with the UK parents, and a few golf trips at the weekend with the lads (all mainly motorway driving), it's mainly sat idle. We now also only have 2 adult kids at home, the rest have flown the nest, so it's time to let another family enjoy. I mentioned above that this is an excellent vehicle. If you don't now much about Chryslers and this model, they're v comfortable (americans do comfort v well) and it's fully loaded. Electric heated seats on the first & second row. Both the middle and rear seats fold into the floor (rear seats electrically) with ease to turn the vehicle into a van (yes you can get half your house to the dump, or to IKEA to pick up a sofa). The areas where the seats fold into creates sooo much additional storage when seats are up. The side doors and boot are electric and operated from the key fobs (x2) as well as from within the car, 3 x TV screens (plus 3 / 4 headsets) allowing people in the rear to watch a different movie to the middle row (less arguments), window blinds, bluetooth for you phone and music, blindspot warning lights, cruise control, electric front seats and loads more. As for maintenence, we changed the cam best at 90k, it's been regularly serviced, replaced the rear aircon module (there's 2 so they can be operated independently). The car is in execllent condition for its age (we look after our cars). There is one little scratch on a side door (kids), but otherwise pretty much immaculate inside and out.
