2010 VW Scirocco 1.4. Full Service History! Presented here is my Scirocco. Having bought the car at 85k miles from one owner from new, this car continued its life being well looked after. This car drives fantastically and has a surprising amount of pull for a small 1.4! Exterior wise the paint work is in relatively good condition, a few stone chips on the bonnet and some light scratches on the rear quarter panels. There is one patch of lacquer peel on the rear bumper, probably the worst point of the car. I haven't got round to amending this unfortunately. However, this car presents very well overall. You definitely wouldn't think that it's a 2010 car! Interior wise, much is the same. The bolsters in the sport seats are all intact and there are no rattles when driving. There are a few light stains on the fabric seats which I am going to attempt to get out with a wet vac before sale, but again nothing major. The drivers side floor mat was missing when I purchased the car, something that I have never got round to replacing. In order to modernise the car, I installed a popular head unit from a newer VW. This has apple car play and android auto built in, which really refreshes the car to make it feel modern again. Mechanically I have done a lot in my ownership including: -Timing chain & tensioners (updated to the better version!) at 95k. Completed by VW Specialist. - Last month Installing a brand new throttle body, also by VW Specialist. - New Supercharger Diverter Valve. - and refreshed some components for the last MOT. (Anti role bars, exhaust clamps etc) Currently the car has GoodYear Assymetric 6's on all 4 corners, however the rears are wearing thin on the inside. Scirocco's sit a bit squatted so tend to wear there quicker!
