I've decided I am selling my Astra VXR racing. Complete transparency I've only owned the car since the 31st of December but I've got a 2 year old and it just isn't fitting for me or my lifestyle. Purchased it for 4300. During the 9 weeks or so that I've owned it I have replaced the battery, o/s rear caliper and drivers door latch as the ice killed it a few weeks ago. It's got a few age related marks but overall the bodywork isn't terrible for a 16 year old car. It pulls really well and is very fun to drive but it's just not for me. The exhaust is extremely loud im not going to lie about that. All the following was already done to the car when I purchased it so have no proof . Engine Remap . Front and rear lowering springs . Cross over delete . Under bonnet hose kit . Rear DNA lights . Maxton rear spoiler . Aftermarket rear diffuser . 3 inch straight through exhaust with sports cat . Front splitter . Corsa VXR flat bottom steering wheel . Tinted windows In line with being transparent a couple of bits I've noticed since buying it; . The suspension has a really bad squeaking once it's been driven for 10 mins or so, i assume its because of standard shocks with lowering springs? . The touchscreen stereo unit sometimes gets stuck on the load up screen and turning the car on and off again does the trick. The radio part of it doesn't work as I was told they didn't have the correct adaptor, I just use the Bluetooth on it and listen to my own music so it's never been a problem for me . For some reason whoever owned it before took the AC rad off? No idea why, but it's got the pipework etc for it from the the compressor but no rad. . The service book states the timing belt and pump were changed on 100k miles (10/23) and the latest stamp also says stem seals and rocker gasket replaced (8/24) but I haven't got any invoice for said parts. Saying that, the car does smoke on start up still. Im sure there's going to be something I've missed but please just message if you have any questions. Thanks for looking
