Lotus took the 190bhp engine and 6 speed gearbox from the Toyota Celica T Sport and put it in their lightweight Elise. The results were a 0-60 time of just 4.9 seconds. There is a cam timing change at 6500rpm and the power really kicks in all the way up to 8500rpm it makes it very exciting to drive! The car has a huge history file, with a mixture of main dealer and specialist having last been serviced by the Car Barn.
