When Jaguar launched the updated XK8 (x100) in 2004 this was the launch/press car. The car was featured in many motoring publications at the time, and was taken to LeMans for a lap of the track. Being a press car it is fully loaded with every conceivable extra at the time including, radar cruise control, sat-nav and premium audio system. It was also fitted with a set of BBS Detroit split rim wheels. This car has been extremely well maintained throughout its history, I was very careful when purchasing to do so on 'condition not mileage', there are thousands of pounds worth of receipts with the car from its previous owner. During my ownership I have had the following work done: New heated windscreen Replacement expansion tank Stage 2 Ademesh exhaust system New headliner Compete refurbishment of the wheels Full paint correction and Chrystal serum ceramic coating A set of Pirelli PS4s' all around. The car has always been serviced at the Jaguar main dealer during my ownership. Cost really has been no option in the maintenance of this car and must be one of the best XK8's available. I am extremely sad to see this one go but I am consolidating my collection.
