Description

Volvo V50 D5 SE Lux Manual for sale Comes with a fresh 12 month MOT Manual 6 speed gearbox Full comprehensive service history, with book stamped. Last service was carried out at a Bosch approved centre where it also had a Bosch alternator and drive belt fitted. Recently had discs and pads with receipt present 168k on the clock but may rise due to everyday use Fantastic spec including; - Heated leather seats - Electronically adjustable memory seats - Dual zone climate control - Air conditioning - Power fold mirrors - Cruise control - Performance upgraded car hifi - Aux in within arm rest - Steering wheel controls - Trip computer - Wooden centre console trim - Comes with a hands free Bluetooth device for phone calls - Comes with the roof racks fitted - Witter tow bar with working electrics also fitted The car is in excellent condition and works exactly as it should. The 6 speed gearbox is flawless, the clutch feels strong but not hard and pulls off excellently. That D5 engine is a masterpiece, it's frugal and averages around 40mpg, but when you put your foot down it is exceptionally powerful. The car doesn't smoke, not even from start up. It's smooth, there's no knocks or bangs or funny noises from the engine. It is a brilliant example. The exterior does have some signs of age, small marks and scratches but nothing untoward. The car is HPI clear (no previous accidents or outstanding finance etc) and I can provide a copy of this for the new owner. Inside the cabin is a lovely place to be. The seats are comfortable and clean. There is some wear to the drives bolster as most cars of this age have, however nothing too bad, all in all it's a tidy looking interior and apart from the seat bolster there is not any damage or anything else whatsoever. The only fault with the car at present is the key is no longer locking the car, so at present all the doors can be locked except the drivers door. I'm not sure what this is, I haven't diagnosed it - it might just need a new battery in the key. If I have time I will investigate further. The car is priced with this in mind. I believe this is one of only a few V50 D5's for sale on the market at present - I'm not sure how many are manual and there are some very poor examples out there for similar money that I'm asking for this one. The car comes with 1 key and I have the V5 present ready for the new owner. I just drove it from Surrey to Devon and back and it didn't skip a beat!
