Description

I have owned this amazing car for the past 8 years. I was never meant to sell it, so no penny was spared on OEM parts. Unfortunately, I am moving abroad and need it gone. List of things replaced off the top of my head: - BMW 19" OEM alloy wheels 313 style - 4 new Yokohama tyres with a few hundred miles on them - Gearbox rebuilt around 5k miles ago (1500) - Brembo drilled and grooved discs 10k miles ago (400) - 4 calipers rebuilt - New steering rack put in literally 100 miles ago (450) - OEM steering coupler - The entire suspension was done about 10k miles ago (I mean everything!) - 4 Eibach springs - 4 Bilstein B4 shocks with the top mounts - OEM centre and rear prop shaft bushes - 4 OEM wheel bearings done 15k miles ago - Hand brake rebuilt - Rear diff oil and seals - Brake pipes - Entire Cooling system overhauled 2 years ago on OEM parts with brand new radiator and water pump (Running proper OEM blue coolant) - New OEM thermostat with housing - OEM fuel filters (both) - All under the hood plastic and rubber parts were replaced about 5 years ago (incl. CCV) - New set of NGK Iridium spark plugs - New steering pump (not OEM because that was 500 and known to fail due to bad design. I bought a reinforced aftermarket version and it's been fine for 4 years now) - OEM xenon high and low beam bulbs 2 years ago - All the belts, tensioners and bearings - New OEM starter motor and alternator about 3 years ago - New battery put in a year ago (AGM as recommended) - Oil changes every 6k miles or once a year with Liqui Molly engine flush and Motul fully synthetic oil for the past 40k miles (the engine runs smooth and quiet, you couldn't tell the milage at all!) - The entire underbody was professionally sprayed twice, 7 and 2 years ago, so no rust I probably missed some bits, so please ask away. Bad points: Last year Cat N (20 mph accident damage that insurance didn't bother fixing because the parts are not made anymore. Damaged parts are replaced - photo upon request). Central locking started playing up last week. Passenger door won't open from the fob sometimes, but will lock every time. (I did some reading and it's a 13 quid relay in the comfort module that needs soldering). Passenger headlight washer is leaking sometimes after use (Driver side was replaced last year with OEM BMW part, cost 33, so a cheap fix). Good points: Solid car, no rust, no knocks or bangs, no dashboard warning lights, really clean and looked after example. Open to sensible offers.
