No need to worry about the IMS bearing with this car because if it was going to fail it would have done so long before reaching this mileage. The Porsche has just passed an MOT and had a full service making it ready for its new owner to jump in and enjoy. These cars are quickly becoming appreciated for the utterly charming little sports cars they are with exciting performance you can actually use non the road. This is one of the best I've driven, it pulls hard through all the gears, steers beautifully and sounds just sublime. Exterior: The later 986s have a galvanised body and this has truly stood the test of time, with no signs of corrosion or damage the car is very straight, the paint work is excellent with no swirl marks, there are some stone chips and imperfections at the front of the car consulate with age and mileage but they do not detract from there cars smart appearance. The wheels are showing some small signs of corrosion as pictured, all four tyres are as new as are the brakes. The roof is watertight even when jet washing, it has some age related marks and imperfections but no rips, tears or damage, it operates without fault. Interior: The interior has worn it's age extremely well also, with the only mark being wear on the drivers seat bolster consulate with the age of the vehicle, this could be easily replaced but to keep pricing low I have decoded not to do so. The front and rear stowage compartments are immaculate with no stains for damage, the sparer tyre and original tool kit are present. Engine/ Gearbox: Mechanically this car starts, runs and drives as if it had done a fraction of the mileage, it is a true testament to the engineers who assembled it and the owner who most clearly cherished it.
