PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION... Selling my trusty run around, and what has been a very dependable car. I service the car annually myself, and use a reliable local mechanic for non-service related work (many invoices to prove). Had a recent coolant leak due to a split pipe at the back of the engine (this has now been rectified (as of March 20th) and the car is running well. Unfortunately after the pipe was fitted my mechanic ran a head gasket test, which came back as a failure. In addition, the car fan is no longer operating. The fan is only necessary when the car is stationary, so i've been advised to put the heating on when the car is stationary to remove heat from the engine. I've never noticed any ill effects from the engine before, so I was surprised that the test came back as a failure. Nonetheless, I have factored into the price that head gasket work will need to be done in the future. I am selling the car as I do not have the time or resources to address this future remediation work. The car has some cosmetic scuffs and scrapes, and I will also include a salvaged passanger side headlight if you want to replace the current headlight, which has a small crack. The car has tyres with good tread, and i've kept on top of all maintenance - headlines below: 2025 - New back of engine coolant pipe fitted (including new coolant) - Head gasket test: failed 2024 - Cambelt kit with water pump and new coolant - Powered steering fluid flush - New alternator - New battery 2023 - New exhaust system I also have a video walk-around of the car which I can send by WhatsApp if you're interested.
