The Boxster S Black Edition limited to 987 cars made worldwide, this is number 404 of 987 so a little different to a standard Boxster S. A fabulous mid-engined sports car that is black all over: Black body, black hood, and black 19-inch Boxster Spyder wheels. The rear side air intake grilles are painted in black as are the twin tailpipe of the exhaust system. The model lettering painted in black on the rear luggage compartment lid identifies the Black Edition as much as the embossed Black Edition model designation on the side of the fabric hood. The roll-over bars are painted in black, too and it comes with a fitted wind deflector. A 3.4-litre six-cylinder engine with direct fuel injection, mounted in front of the rear axle of the Boxster S Black Edition, supplies power to the car. Its output is 320 hp - 10 hp more than in the Boxster S. Bought in 2020, it has been extremely well cared for including a gold major service by Hartech Engineering in April 2021 only just over 4000 miles driven since. Further service check by performance car specialist in April 2023 - including four new Pirelli P Zero (N2) tyres - and I have only completed 649 miles since - hence the reason it has not yet been serviced again - it has been under cover & SORN, MOT to 31.08.25. Comes with two sets of keys and V5. There are a couple of scratches to both nearside alloys as per the photos. Stone chip to front offside wing and a few small ones on the bonnet. A couple of faint scratches to the rear of the boot and a couple of marks on the convertible roof. A small stone chip on the left side of the windscreen (not an MOT failure and has been repaired). All marks can be seen in the photos but given it's almost 15 years old to be expected. It comes with Porsche front floor mats, a plastic fitted rear boot tray, and a Porsche box for the front boot. An incredible car to drive with the roof up or down and comes with a reasonable fuel economy of 28.82 mpg given its high spec. Has just had thorough detailing to include ceramic coating, it looks stunning and is a dream to drive. House renovation is reason for sale.
