This my son's first car, that he's had for the past 2 and a half years, since passing his test. Similar to me, he's always had a passion for cars and wanted something insurance friendly, but different for his first car. The Fiesta Zetec S, especially the S1600 Edition fitted the bill perfectly. The Performance Blue colour, with the white alloys is a stunning combination. Coupled with heated leather seats and all the toys you'd want, it's a fabulous specification. He's cherished it, but having started his first job (and now having a few shillings in his pocket) he's decided to upgrade and sell. It's been an absolute cracker of a car and has never not started, broken down or let anyone in the family down. I've frequently driven it and it's an absolute blast! During his ownership we've replaced the exhaust, a couple of tyres, suspension bushes and brake pads, purely to satisfy MOT requirements. It's in great mechanical condition as a result with no warnings on the dashboard. It's also unmodified and in original factory condition. In the spirit of honesty (and as you'll see from the photos), he had a slight incident where he reversed into a fence post damaging the rear bumper. The two of us repaired the damage together, but it could do with a professional touch to make it look tip-top. As you'd expect with a car of this age, there are a few imperfections that neither of us could touch-up or compound/polish out. I was weary of buying a Cat N car, but having done my research and seeing that it was purely cosmetic damage, we proceeded and bought the vehicle. I'm delighted we did. If I'm honest I'd love to keep it, but as a household we've got too many cars. We'll all be sad to see her go.
