Description

X5 E53 in reasonable condition. Few months MOT still on it (October). In the last couple of years the following have been replaced: All front suspension arms All rear suspension arms Front half shafts Rear subframe bushes Lower Cam pulley Fan motor resistor Head unit Rear door handle Service - Self It had 4 x new tyres about 12 months ago. The rears will need replacing soon though but will hopefully last longer now the subframe bushes have been sorted. It needs: BM54 unit replacing/refurbing (usual issue with poor quality connections cracking). This is the stereo and display. Front strut mounts replacing (they are included with new bearings too) Sunroof opens upwards Parking sensors can be hit and miss (excuse the pun) There's also a new sticky pad for the automatic lights/wipers sensor included. There's some laquer peel on the front bumper and chips on the bonnet and a dent in the front passenger door where someone kicked it. Same prat hit the front wing and dented that too. It's 20yrs old and is a well used vehicle. I've given a description as best as I can. It's clean and tidy inside. Smokes for a couple of seconds on start up. Detachable tow bar is in the boot and the first aid kit is still under the front passenger seat. I think it has a stainless exhaust system on it but I'm not sure about that. I basing it on it not looking like a standard one around the back box joints. Tax costs 36.34 a month Overall its a used motor that's got a few miles left in it. The private plate will be sold with the car. That's valued at over 400 currently. Don't mind a test drive with proof of insurance and 1750 cash left. Vehicle located in Dudley. However, I am not always in Dudley so arrangements for collection might take a few days. Please bear this in mind if you buy. I don't mind questions being asked but I'm not an expert and I'm also a full time worker so cannot always answer quickly. I appreciate that in todays world everyone wants a bargain. But don't email me an offer unless it's near the price. But I am open to some reasonable offers.
