I purchased this last year as a long distance cruiser to visit my daughter in Newcastle upon Tyne once a month. I am it's sixth owner, and purchased it fairly locally. Very low mileage for the age. It is an effortless, comfortable and economic car to run, with the excellent VW TDI 130bhp engine, which uses no oil, and is powerful if and when required. When I bought the car I received a printed list of services going back to 2004 & stamps in the service book (but no invoices which the previous owners had not kept). For piece of mind, when I purchased the car, I had the cambelt/waterpump/tensioners replaced by a reputable local garage, with a full service. It has also had a new battery and I have changed the cabin filter, and installed brighter headlamp bulbs (please see photographs of list & last service). Current mileage is 107,224 miles (the mileage may go up slightly since it is still being used). It has a CD player, electric windows etc, central locking and the spare tyre is in good condition. Unfortunately I have only one key. Since my daughter is now moving back to North Wales, and I have now received her (smaller) car, otherwise I would be keeping it, and completing the advisories on the last MOT regarding the front suspension. Minus points are - the interior light does not work, and the glove compartment handle has broken off, and the rear ashtray does not sit back in position. Please bear in mind it is a 22 year old car and has various marks and body imperfections commensurate with it's age, some of which I have tried to show in the photographs.
