After nearly 9 years I have decided to sell my LS430 as I am just not using it enough. In the beginning I bought the LS430 for travelling to London where I worked. In that respect it has done almost exclusively motorway and dual-carriage work. As a 65-75mph car it is unsurpassed. That probably explains the approx. 32 mpg I get from it. Retirement means the annual mileage has dropped, so sadly I am selling. We probably only need one car now anyway. We are going to have a break with just one car to see how it goes. I would like to say that many parts have been replaced, but apart from service items and recent new Lexus discs and pads all round, it just goes and goes. Super reliable. It has 113,000 miles on it. It has had 20 services in its lifetime. ULEZ Compliant. The only time it let me down was when surprisingly two Halfords Yuasa Batteries failed one after the other. The recent Halfords guarantee replacement is fine and works well. One Lambda sensor has also been replaced. It is silver with wonderful ivory leather. The car was a Lexus Ipswich demonstrator, and then sold to the previous owner who did very low mileage in it. I bought it from his son after he had passed away. I am the third owner in 23 years. This is a Premium Pack model with just about every option you need. It has electric front and rear seats with heat and cooling functions. The rear seats have a massage function, and full stereo and other controls. Electric glass sunroof, with internal sliding cover. Front and rear parking sensors, soft closing doors, Mark Levinson 11 speaker Hi-Fi system (radio/cassette/CD), electric memory seats, power folding door mirrors. Rear electric sunblind. Headlight washers. Climate control, cruise control, sat nav. External mirrors are heated and folding. The spare wheel is a full sized alloy wheel. It comes with all the Lexus books, owners manual, Lexus tool kit and Lexus first aid kit. 5 alloy wheels with a good matched set of Goodyear Efficiency Performance tyres. There are 3 keys, all working normally. It has just passed its MOT again with no advisories at all. HPI checked when I bought the car, and HPI checked on 27th March 2025.
