This Volvo V60 T5 R-design Powershift Auto is a mechanically solid example of the marque, with full service history and 5 keepers including myself. Key options include: - heated seats - rear parking sensors - factory booster seats - detachable towbar - Aftermarket Android Auto/Carplay & reversing camera system integrated into factory screen - 2 keys Good points- this is a perfect family vehicle and drives well, with no mechanical issues, knocks, bangs or stutters. The 237bhp 4-cylinder engine (very similar to that in the Ford Focus ST) pulls well across the rev range, and is a nice sweet spot for the pre-facelift V60 between the thirsty 3.0 T6 and the weaker 1.6 T3. Note this engine has a timing chain hence no mention of belt change. Since I bought this last year, I have had the gearbox serviced (2nd service in it's lifetime), rear strut top mounts replaced (common failure on V60s), wheel alignment, new cam cover gasket, power steering fluid replaced, new bonnet latch and new alternator and drive belt. Bad points- the DAB module has failed (FM/AM fine) and the body work is fair for the age. There is a foot-long scrape in the offside plastic sill, but this is barely noticeable. Interior is good, save the wear/cracking on the driver's seat. Please note the car will be sold on the 17" wheels pictured individually, not the darker wheels in the later photos- apologies, I took the first photos after it had been cleaned, expecting poor weather this week, but just had a moment to snap some more pictures in the sun after I had swapped my wheels onto my replacement V70 (changed due to an orthopaedic/comfort issue). The car is hard wired for a dash camera (sorry, camera not included) and the V60- specific Thule roof bar feet (sorry, not bars/bike rack) are available for sale.
