New tyres, brakes and service. I wanted to and intended to hang on to this car for a couple more years and hence put the work in. My dream car then came up for sale and I had to buy it. As such I'm sadly selling my astra. It's been a reliable car and definitely catches your eye. It was my second car and would make a great upgrade for anyone looking to get a little bit more power or to eat up motorway miles. The car was predominantly used for 3hr + motorway trips to see my pearants in Yorkshire. As such the DPF and ERG are in very good standing. The interior is perfect baring wear on the drivers leather from repeated in & out. At night the cars footwell, door and gearstick ambient lighting looks very sporty. It is fitted with a wireless apple car play/ android auto system giving it a modern feel with great sound. I have additional fitted and automatic rear boot opener allowing you to do this on the key when you have your hands full. Service history is partial until 2021 until after wich I worked on the car myself. I am a qualified engineer and know what I'm doing. The cars busy is starting to reflect it's age with some small spots of rust where paint has chipped. This can be resolved with a bit of paint and patience. The 2ltr engine is very perky in low revs and very economic at 70. I have a video of the vehicle I can share if requested including a cold start.
