I bought the car from Marshall three months ago. Since it is an official dealer, the car was delivered with all mechanical/cosmetics checks done and all maintenances completed. I appear as 4th owner since the dealers took the registration when the car changed hands. The car has 2-years BMW official warranty (1-year Marshall warranty + 1-year extended). It has full service history, documents and history checks. The car has no problems, scratches or accidents. It also has Harman Kardon, SatNav. I am happy with the car but I need to sell it since I will buy a house.
