Hi and thanks for looking at my 1998 4.0 Jeep Wrangler Sport. I purchased this Jeep back in 2021 from the Classic Car show in Birmingham and am the first real owner of the car since it was imported from Japan back in 2021. There is one previous owner on the V5 but that is the company that imported it. I was so impressed with its originality and overall condition I purchased it there and then. It seems to not have been messed around with at all which is becoming increasingly harder to find nowadays, especially in the manual version. Overall the Jeep is in great condition for its age, of course if you look closely you will find marks etc and am happy to provide any further photos on request. It isn't mint, but it is in great useable condition. MOT history shows that since it arrived in the UK, no issues and sailed through the last MOT. It's booked in next week for it's next MOT so will have a full MOT on sale. As a Jap import they say they are generally looked after well without the salted roads and it's been garaged over winter here whilst in the UK. I haven't had to spend much on it as nothing has gone wrong since I have had it. It was serviced by the garage when I bought it and again in Nov 2022. You could change the oil now but equally its only done a couple of 1000km since it was last changed. Mileage is 86000 km which equates to 53,500 miles! When I purchased the Jeep, it didn't really have any paperwork with it to document the mileage or service history and am normally a stickler for these things however, you will see by the general condition of the engine bay that it's been looked after. For once I wasn't put off at all, the engine runs beautifully and starts every time and there isn't much else to worry about . It's been great fun to drive and the kids love it in the summer as you can't get much more open top motoring than this. Other features: Original Radio Cassette Player 2 Keys, PAS, Manual 5 speed.
