I'm selling my lovely Discovery 4. I have only had the car since July 2024 and bought as a replacement for my L322 Range Rover TDV8 which sadly died a death. I bought it to ferry my sons and their bikes around but they've now given up on that sport and I don't need a car this big any longer (my wife has a VW Touareg). I searched long and hard for the right car and this one was owned by a very conscientious guy who bought it from Land Rover Croydon in 2016 for over 37k. It's in excellent condition for 12 years old but does have some marks here and there. Main points to call out are that someone caught the rear bumper in a car park but its very minor and there is a nick in the door card caused by the seat belt by the look of it. Otherwise the car presents lovely. It has full rubber mats including a rubber boot liner and all the leather is in excellent condition, including the rear most seats. All the electrics work including the pre-heater to warm the car before you get in on cold mornings. It does have a tow bar but this wasn't used by the last owner as he didn't know it had one and I only found out when I got it home. I bought a number plate for my bike carrier but haven't even fitted or used it. It has a full service history where all but 2 are available through the Land Rover portal. It had a minor service (Land Rover specialist) when I had it MOT'd where it needed new front pads and front tyres. They were done with the tyres being Pirelli Scorpion Zero's this means they remain as 4 x Pirelli all round and a clean MOT. Cambelt was done at just under 67k miles. In my ownership I've also had one inlet manifold replaced, MAF sensors both sides just had the handbrake shoes replaced. I always carry out maintenance as and when required on my cars. It drives very smoothly and I'm hoping I don't regret letting this one go as I'll be replacing with something a lot less sensible.
