The CUPRA Born boasts a sporty and bold exterior. The front of the vehicle focuses on the fully LED headlights, which flank the concave upper section that sits like a shark nose and the copper-framed lower air intake. The full LED headlamp signature is enhanced by the small triangles on the side of each lamp and the lighting technology includes an animated ceremony as you approach and start the vehicle. Towards the rear of the vehicle, the C-pillar uses a three-dimensional, textured surface finished in a contrast colour to give the impression of a floating roofline. This is seamlessly connected to the rear spoiler and a body coloured, integrated diffuser enriches the rear and gives it a sporty and aerodynamic character. The CUPRA Born's coast-to-coast rear lights create a more technological and refined look and helps to provide a greater perceived width to the vehicle. As well as this, when the light fades, the puddle lamp shines down from the side mirrors, displaying the CUPRA logo onto the floor. On the inside, the CUPRA Born's 12.9-inch infotainment touchscreen is angled towards the driver and features illuminated heating controls. As well as this, the interior includes bucket seats manufactured from recycled materials, ambient lighting, a sports steering wheel, wireless full link, and rear view camera. Many assistance systems come as standard, such as adaptive cruise control, travel assist, side assist, emergency assist, intelligent park assist, and dynamic road sign display. CUPRA Born was awarded a 5-star NCAP safety rating. The CUPRA Born V1 is available on a 59kWh battery, providing 231PS, 0-62mph in 6.7s, and a WLTP range of up to 265 miles. CUPRA Born drivers can also use the MyCUPRA app, where they will be able to set times for their car to charge, set the climate controls remotely, and use remote park assist.
