The overall condition of the car body is good for its age. I have a recent MOT that expires next year February 2026. There is an engine cooling fault which occurred last week - steam coming out of the bonnet while driving ! I suspect either a head gasket failure and / or a water pump failure, though this was replaced at 98,000 miles plus a new timing belt at the same time, plus again at 145,000 miles. Someone may like to either repair the car or scrap it for spares - the battery is fairly new plus both front and rear shock absorbers. It can be driven until the engine overheats.
