We have had it for 5 years and bought of a guy with a young family. Mechanically looked after, though cosmetically it has marks all over - car park dings, scrapes, lacquer peel, scratches - all consummate of a 17 year old car that has been used fully. It looks pretty good from a few paces away though. Its got the ea888 turbo engine - same as the golf GTI of the same period and various Audis - enough performance and still gets over 30mpg.
