Description

Ford Focus 1.0 Ecoboost Zetec (66 Plate) - Early 2017 Reg - 999cc Petrol - BL66 XUH (Photos were taken with my private plate on, this will not be included as plates have now been changed back over) Manual 6 Gears Owned Since Jan 2024 4 Owners - 2 Keys 89k miles, 20 Tax Recent MOT - Next one due Jan 2026 - No advisories Full service completed 5 months ago ULEZ Compliant Bluetooth/SatNav built in Rear Parking Camera Stop/Start engine Front 2 windows electric - rear 2 wind down Auto Lock (if left unlocked for longer than a minute, car will lock itself) Heated front and back windscreen Work completed since ownership: Engine overheating sensor replaced 78k Halfords clutch and safety inspection 79.5k Boot locking system replaced 80k Catalytic converter check and flush out 81k Oil change/filter & throttle body clean 81.5k Spark plugs replaced 85k Full Service, oil change and filters for oil, air and cabin - 85.5k Windscreen washer seal replacement and general check all over- 87.2k Vacuum pump replaced (2nd hand one) - 88.7k Cat Converter clean out - 88.7k Car will be professionally valeted both inside and out prior to collection Current know faults: Engine problem whereby the engine either overheats or the Oil light will come up on the dash, causing the engine to lose power and eventually cut out. When the engine is turned back on, the car will start and drive as normal, this has happened twice in the past month, one time it was an engine light saying it overheated and to pull over safely, the other time the engine oil light came on and cut out power, both times being resolved by turning the engine off and back on again. Could be as minor as some sensors and a bit of TLC, through to needing engine parts replaced, I have taken it to 2 mechanics, with the first being unable to diagnose it and the other believing the head gasket is on the way out. Car is to be sold as seen, I have disclosed any faults I am aware of and once a sale is agreed, test drive welcome (I will have to be present in vehicle due to black box to ensure policy is not broken) but following this, I will not be responsible for any faults, mechanical or electrical. This is simply due to wanting to get rid of the car due to now having a company vehicle through work and wanting to get the car moved and to not have to deal with it again. Spent 1,150 since owned Paid 6.2k for the car itself in Jan 2024 but significantly reduced price due to slight wear
