This is a really good example of the iconic E93 6 cylinder hardtop convertible. I'm only selling due to revised retirement plans.It has had 5 previous owners recorded mileage, 49500. There is a mileage discrepancy at 09/01/21 which experts tell me could be linked to covid confusion as it is recorded by VOSA and complicated by a plate change. Worse case scenario is that the car has done around 75000 miles which is still low. The original service history is missing, however I have managed, through BMW UK, to track visits to dealership. As is often the case, it has probably simply been mislaid at some point. I have purchased an authentic service book for the car and have added some of the key history points as well as recent full service and original registration details so there is a part service history including 2 recent services, with invoices.The over-all condition of the car and particularly the way it runs, engine and transmission, steering, handling and suspension, is excellent. It feels really tight and there are minimal rattles etc. I bought the car as a retirement project, the retirement has been delayed, hence the sale. I have spent my time driving it, enjoying and improving it with the usual service items: Air filter, cabin filter, correct NGK spark plugs, new battery, wiper blades, replacement heater fan and electronics, new cup holder, replacement glovebox lock, replacement rear light (failed LED) new number plates etc. The roof works as it should, and the interior is in very clean condition with delightful grey leather with little wear apart from the usual slight scuff to the edge of the driver's seat. The leather has been treated with balm and looks great.Recent MOT has one advisory for minor damage to a rear tyre which I have since replaced.Tyres are premium and in excellent condition, 2 X Michelin Cross climate (work well with rear wheel drive in Ice and snow) and 2 X Bridgestone. The car has had a recent windscreen replacement, which included the lower gulley and seal.Paint is smart and presentable, Alloys, 2 good and 2 which are presentable but the purist will want to paint / referb. The car has Just had an oil and filter service, 03/25. The heater fan can be noisy when it first starts up at full speed, Aux input is faulty.Only 1 key. If I keep the car, I'll be installing an AGM battery as there is drain when left without use. Happy to discuss price however I'm looking for close to listed or I will sorn until retirement.
