This wonderful little Mark I Mazda Eunos Roadster came to us from a bereavement sale. This has been dry stored since 2020 and likely before then due the owner having the car since 2000. The car was imported from Japan in 1998 and thus has spent most of its life here in the UK. The Mark I "Miata" is arguably the most desireable Mazda Mx-5 produced mainly due to their pop up headlights which were discontinued on the next generation due to pedestrian safety. These pop up headlights on top of an already small package makes the car appear cute and won the hearts of petrolheads all over the world and would definitely be one future classic to look out for. This Mx-5 features the pokey 1.8l Naturally aspirated engine which was incorporated in the later years of the Mark I Mx-5 and is more desirable due to its increased power output and offers an agile ride with unparalleled handling. On top of the wonderful condition this car is in it comes completely stock aside from an upgraded Sony headunit with CD changer in the boot. This means that you can either keep it stock as a future classic or modify on an empty canvas with things like turbos being the most common after market addition. The car is a Limited edition unit called the V-Spec Roadster and sports a lovely british racing green and custom roadster seats from factory. Everything works from the electric windows to the pop out aerial on the boot which is amazing considering the 29 years of age. Arguably the most important factor is rust of which this car has very little of. Its well known these cars can rust quite badly but this example is immaculate aside from some minor rust below the door seals and is further proof of its well kept history. Due to the car being a bereavement sale the car was sold through a solicitors and did not come with any history which is painful because the car was clearly the previous owners pride and joy during the summer months and well looked after. Either way we have freshly Mot'd and fully serviced the car so it can enjoy a new owner who will give it the appreciation it thoroughly deserves.
