Description

I have owned my 997 3.6 for nearly three years, and it has had four previous owners. It comes with a complete Porsche service history, along with documentation from Porsche specialists, all organised in an A4 binder filled with receipts for servicing and maintenance since its purchase new in 2005 by first owner. The receipts folder contains the original vehicle order form, details of optional extras order list, the new vehicle invoice, the Porsche factory build plan, and a substantial collection of documentation exchanged between Porsche Centre East London and the first owner. The first owner maintained this Porsche 997 for a decade, ensuring that no expense was spared during their time with the vehicle. In 2015, the engine underwent a rebuild to resolve bore scoring issues. This 997 is a late 2005/06 base model equipped with the upgraded larger IMS bearing. The bodywork is in excellent condition, showing no dings or dents, aside from a few expected stone chips on the bonnet due to its age. The blue leather interior is also in great shape, with only minimal wear on the driver's bolster. It features a fully functional tilt and slide sunroof, and the alloy wheels are in pristine condition, free from any kerbing. Two brand new recent Pirelli tyres were fitted, while the front Pirelli tyres still have good tread. The 997 drives beautifully without any issues and has been lowered by 30mm, fitted with Porsche decals and twin exhaust tips all added by the previous owner. Overall, this Porsche 997 is in excellent condition, having been well cared for by both myself and the previous owners. It definitely deserves a closer inspection.
