Description

I bought this a couple of years ago to keep the miles off my mid-life crisis car, and also to get me into some less accessible places for my photography hobby. I'm only selling as I find myself traveling further afield and to be frank, 400+ miles in a day in a 60bhp Panda is a bit tiresome. Private plate will be replaced with the original BT07 FHE. I bought it cheap because it was shabby and needed some mechanical work. I've actually spent WAY more than I should have done, but that's just my habit of wanting to tinker and improve. The basics 2007 Panda 4x4 169 Silver, with the usual black bits About 125,000 miles (bizarrely with full service history) Last service was 29/11/24, about 1,000 miles ago Averaged 39 mpg in my two years of ownership Aircon (working) Ditch-finder winter tyres that actually turned out to be OK - about half-worn. MOT'd to October 2025 - initially failed on a blown bulb and the fact I forgot to take off the slightly mid-spaced plates On a personal plate at the moment, but will go back to its old registration - BT07 FHE The rear subframe is brown, but solid The bad stuff OK - let get the bad stuff out of the way first. It's still cosmetically shabby. I never got round to painting the bumpers which have lots of flaking paint. The roof still has scratches and there are still a few minor dings here and there. I still have the two rattle-cans of paint that I intended to use to make it look a bit more respectable, but in the end, I just didn't get round to it.... The only significant rust I found was a holed sill (see the before & after photos) where someone had jacked it up incorrectly. I had this professionally fixed with all the old metal cut out and replaced. To be honest, it's REALLY liberating to have an already shabby car that I don't mind when it picks up another scratch. There's a new scuff on the roof where a tie-down strap rubbed when I had two chunky e-MTBs on the roof bars - I just wasn't bothered. Mechanical work done during my tenure Hope the wife doesn't see this New sump New coils New plug leads New shocks x 4 New discs & pads x 4 New ARB drop links x 3 New clutch slave cylinder New thermostat New viscous coupling (genuine Fiat, bought from Italy) Modifications 500 Abarth seats, front and back - WAY better than the Panda seats JVC wireless CarPlay double-din head unit Alpine speakers x 6 Pioneer 200 watt shallow/flat subwoofer in the boot (very effective) Garmin hardwired dashcam LED spotlights
