Description
Reluctantly selling my much-loved Nissan Figaro due to a change in circumstances - we had a baby six months ago and unfortunately, the car just isn't practical for us anymore. It's hardly been driven since then, so it's time to find it a new home.
I've owned the car for nearly four years. In that time, it has had a fair amount of work done to keep it running, including engine work, welding, new front tyres, and various smaller mechanical repairs. It's been regularly looked after by a trusted mechanic in Surrey, who knows the car well. I'm happy to pass on his details.
Mileage is approximately 94,400 miles (152,000 kilometres).
It passed its last MOT in June 2024.
Points to note:
Mechanically, the car has had a lot of upkeep during my ownership, but as with any classic car, further work may be needed.
Cosmetically, it does need attention: the bodywork could benefit from tidying, and the roof has a tear from a storm over the winter and will need replacing. (I have a quote for the roof replacement from my mechanic which I can share.) It has a small chip in the front windscreen but has been repaired and passes the MOT.
This would suit someone looking for a Figaro project: it's a good base for cosmetic restoration, with running history behind it, but it is not a pristine or fully restored example.
