Reluctantly parting ways with my much-loved MINI Cooper S R56, equipped with the punchy and sought after N18 engine. The only reason for the sale is that I've recently been got a new MINI (73 plate) through work - otherwise, I'd be holding onto this gem without question. This car is an absolute beauty and a genuine joy to drive. In Sport Mode, it comes alive - with satisfying pops and bangs that bring a grin to your face. It's surprisingly nippy, grips the road beautifully, and takes corners with confidence and precision, and always puts a smile on your face. It's been properly looked after during my ownership with regular servicing, and it's mechanically sound with no warning lights on the dash. The clutch and front brakes were recently replaced, and the front tyres are in good condition. The rears are still legal but may need replacing in a few thousand miles. I also paid 130quid for a Bluetooth dongle which enables the use of the steering wheel buttons for volume and changing tracks when paired to a smartphone - I'll happily include that with the car. I've also got a set of rear Brembo brake pads I'll throw in, along with a Nexar dash cam that's now surplus to requirement. It honestly turns more heads than my 73 plate MINI. It has had the challenger rear diffuser fitted, and reverse parking sensors. Wheel arches and diffusers have also all been colour matched to the body, along with the exhaust tips. Whether you're after a fun daily, a weekend toy, or your first sporty little runabout, this car won't disappoint. Only things to note are there is some damage to the plastic bottom section of the front bumper, on the passenger side. Also a small spot of curb rash on 3 of the wheels. Happy to negotiate price for a quick sale, and just to be clear, my outstanding finance will be paid off the very moment I have been paid.
