I bought this car as a cheap runaround last year and it's never let me down. Having said that there are some bad points: Sometimes, when going above 60mph the engine makes a ticking sound and slows down for a few seconds. Usually knocking it down to 4th and then back to 5th gear sorts it. I'm no mechanic, but a quick Google points to it being a timing chain issue? There's a spare tyre but no Jack or spanner. Windscreen washer fluid leaks out of the bottom of the bottle - probably just the filter has come out, but I've never checked. Rear wiper doesn't work. Driver heated seat works sometimes, other times not. It has no DAB, just a CD player (and analogue radio) It has recently developed a slow oil leak. Now for the good: Air con blows cold Front wipers work. Tyre tread looks pretty good on all tyres (got some replaced last September) Passenger heated seat works every time. The car has always started first time, even through winter. This car would suit someone willing to spend the time getting it tip top again. It still has some life left in it yet.
