Volkswagen Urban Fox 1.4 Petrol Manual 2006 We bought this lovely little Fox around 6 months ago to use as a run around and for short trips into town but it's no longer needed and just taking up space. It drives brilliantly and is surprisingly punchy with it being the 1.4 4 cylinder version but won't win any drag races. It's just passed its MOT with a couple of advisories, one for an oil leak (new sump gasket fixed this after the MOT) and the rear tyres getting close to the limit In our ownership it's had a new battery, headlights restored due to fading and a new engine cover/ airbox fitted. There's a part service history with full history up until 48k miles then a service at 84k when the last owner purchased it. The cam belt and water pump were changed at 48k miles. Points worth noting - It's had a respray recently but it's not the greatest job when you get up close There's some corrosion on the front wings (pictured) The instrument cluster sometimes reads incorrectly for the Speedo and fuel level. Replacements are quite cheap on ebay but it never bothered us so didn't change it A few scratches and dents but it is nearly 20 years old. Overall a great car for a new driver or just as a cheap run around. Thanks for looking.
