Selling my 1998 Mazda MX-5 mk2, it is the 1.8L, 5-speed gearbox configuration. It has a custom green/wood interior. Ive owned it since september 2023, I've serviced it every 5,000 miles since 81k miles (now on 97k). It has an MOT until September. During my ownership, I've undergone the following maintenence/repairs: - Serviced every 5k miles - cambelt & waterpump (x2) - camshaft seals and crankshaft seal - Rear brake discs - All brake pads (x2) - Both front anti-roll links - Clutch slave cylinder - Radiator - Chassis rail welding - Battery - All arches recently treated & undersealed All points susceptible to corrosion have either been replaced or exposed and treated (all arches, sills and rails). Previous owner did full body rust repair and full respray too. It has also had a new softop roof replaced in the past with heated glass, the lower seam of the window has been siliconed since but has no leaks. Negatives: - body work has some dents/scratches - drivers seat has a tear, since I bought the car - rear exhaust has an exhaust leak - small rust bubbles in some areas Asking price is very reasonable with the wheels which have almost new toyo-proxes, considering other MX-5s with higher mileage and lots of rust are being sold for the same price. I have extra parts that can be negotiated. Fully stock despite wheels.
