The roof itself neatly folds away in around 20 seconds with the push of a single button while a clever feature called Airwave blows warm air around the driver and passenger's necks, so you can have the roof down and stay warm even in the winter.The 308 CC was awarded a maximum five star rating for adult occupant safety by Euro NCAP along with three stars for child safety. It come with six airbags including a head airbag for the front passengers which is housed directly in the seat and comes from the head restraint. There are Isofix child seat mounts in the two rear seats and the passenger airbag can be deactivated to allow a rear-facing child seat in the front.

Another plus side, the white dials and chrome gear lever are stylish touches and the air conditioning controls are easy to use.
With the roof up, the 308 CC is as quiet as a standard coupe with little wind or road noise. The front seats are comfortable enough and with lots of side support which is noticeable in corners. The Car is equipped with air conditioning and comes with an Airwave neck heating system which blows warm air from a vent built into the seat back. It's also adjustable for temperature, flow and direction. This means you can drive the 308 CC with the top down on a cold day, but still remain warm. With the roof down, there's isn't too much wind buffeting around the cabin - at reasonable speeds. The 150bhp THP engine is a real gem and feels urgent and zesty from low down, plus it comes with a positive-shifting six-speed gearbox, so you can make the most of the relatively modest 150bhp.
