Description
2003 (52 REG) Facelift Porsche Boxster 986S in beautiful modern colour Cobalt Blue. Unmarked 18" Porsche fitment dished alloys (no spacers) with nearly new tyres. very good dark blue leather interior with embossed seats. Excellent Service history all documented via invoices and service history book. Very well maintained throughout its life by previous 4 owners with over 28k spent over its lifetime the last major work in 2023 was a completed overhaul of all 4 corners and detailed in the invoice posted. this has resulted in a car that drives and handles superbly with no rattles or shakes. A detailed service history is shown on the precis sheet . Full MOT with NO ADVISORIES. Dry stored since my ownership I just dont use it enough to justify keeping it as you can see only 500 odd miles added in a 12 month. Body work i would say is 8/10 as there are a few stone chips & minor scratches. Roof is in great condition and as you can see the car still looks good for its age and it is a pleasure to drive and sounds superb. You are all going to ask about the IMS bearing and the short answer is i dont know, however a Porsche Club Clutch Kit was fitted and i am unsure whether or not that included the IMS bearing? although given its history why would it not have been part of the kit or fitted as the gearbox was out. there are no indicators that the IMS bearing is faulty and the IMS myth is much larger than the problem.
