High spec excellent condition VW Golf mk7 in black. Well looked after. DSG gearbox service done 2 years ago. Selling because I'm going full-time van life so no longer need a car - this will car will be sorely missed. It's comfortable and luxurious to sit in, drives beautifully and easily and has plenty of power to get you moving, being the higher-spec engine option. It also has flappy paddles and sport mode if that's something you're interested in. The automatic DSG gearbox is very smooth, having been professionally serviced by the dealership I bought it from 2 years ago. It has adaptive cruise control (ACC) which is a *godsend* on longer drives, meaning the car brakes and accelerates for you and you just steer. Front and back parking sensors, automatic headlights and wipers, daytime running lights, leather steering wheel and alcantara seats are some other high-spec features that come to mind. I'll be transparent and fully explain the only current issue: there is a faulty brake pad *sensor* - this simply means that the yellow light (see dashboard picture) indicates that the brake pads need checking, when in fact they don't. I've had 2 mechanics advise me (and have paperwork as proof) that the brake pads have at least 20,000 miles left in them and it just needs a new sensor (front right). I didn't have time to get it booked in before moving back to Wales - the car is with my dad in Poole. Recent work done includes a new thermostat housing and flushing the heater matrix through (heating works great now, as does air-con which was recharged last summer), and new spark plug coils fitted.
