2009 Golf Mk 6 GTI. I purchased this car in July 2009 at Solihull VW. The car is in excellent condition! It has had a VW service history for ten years but, after that I continued to service the car myself each year giving it a full service instead of a minor. The work maintenance over the years are stated below. -Chain and tensioners replaced (this is a common fault with the MK6 GTI) -PCV valve replaced. -A stage one remap by TVS VW specialist in Tamworth. -Inlet manifold replaced (which is another common fault) The work was carried out by Midlands VW. I have just replaced the rear calipers and pads about 9 months ago also the starter motor just over a year ago. The cars just had the turbo charger cooler pipe replaced by DubbUnit VW specialist. Alloy wheels have just been reconditioned, no buckles or cracks, tyres all in good condition. The bodywork is in excellent condition there is a little bit of rust around the badge on boot (see picture). I always use the high performance high octane fuel every refill. Inside the car it is in excellent condition very Well looked after with only myself owning it. This would be a great collectors item!
