2017 Volvo XC90 T8 (hybrid) Apple CarPlay This is not like other XC90's. The T8 hybrid model is essentially the 2.0L petrol car, with additional electric engine. This gives it three key advantages over the regular petrol or diesel models: 1. Much cheaper to run. Both in fuel costs, but also you pay NO TAX because it's a hybrid. It will do 26miles on battery only, so if you do mostly short distance driving you could run it on electricity only. 2. Much better to drive. Not only is this car unnecessarily fast from a standing start, having the electric engine gives it an entirely effortless and silent feel, especially in traffic or at low speeds 3. Much better resale value. As time goes on, large non-electric SUVs will continue to depreciate rapidly. You can see the effect by charting the resale difference between the diesel/petrol engines and the hybrids over the years This is a much loved and cared for family car. Purchased from a dealer for 23,000 in April 2023. Full service history, most recently at Volvo Exeter. MOT next due in October It has the usual minor signs that it has been used (as a family car should), but overall I would describe it as above average condition of a family car built in 2017.
