VW Golf MK4 GTI Turbo finished in indigo blue pearlescent paint. One keeper from new - I've had this Golf GTI since November 2001 with 4 miles on the clock (originally registered in the UK by Motorpoint). The only modification is APR stage 1 software, taking this from stock 150BHP to 210 BHP. Drives well with the gearbox working as expected & clutch engages correctly. Steering works fine. Turbo spins up effectively, producing no smoke. The suspension is tight with no knocking or creaking. New rear discs, pads and callipers last year. New front discs & pads 2023. The bodywork of the car is great for its age, with only light carpark marks, does have a scratch to the bonnet, original paint that is mostly blemish free, the front drivers wing is looking somewhat sad. Rear arches & sills are in great condition with no welding. Headlight washers still in operation, along with rear windscreen washer. The wheels are in robust condition but would welcome a refurb - last refreshed 2017, turning them Gun Metal Grey - Michelin tyres all round. The interior is good for its age, the seats are in a worthy condition, but the driver seat bolster needs some attention. The carpets are in fine condition, except the driver mat. Electrics work as expected, apart from the heated seats (lower elements failed long ago). Servicing has been run on a planned preventative maintenance approach over my time owning this car & has full VW + VW specialist service history with servicing done annually in line with VW service schedule or fixes as & when required, including two cambelt changes with water pumps. Full receipts, service book, previous MOTs & owners manual, along with 2 original key fobs. Full 12 month MOT with no advisories.
