Bought in April 2014. Owned, enjoyed and driven for the last 12 years. After a long ownership, I'm changing my car. I was going to sell this after aboout 5 years, similar to the time I own most of my cars. But it has been so good I ended up keeping it for 12 years. It's still not given me a reason to get rid of it. But I'm ready for something a bit newer and bigger. Its been used for social and commuting to work. I have taken the mileage from 28000 when I bought it to 104000 approximately. So it has only done about 6300 a year since buying it. Which for the age is very low mileage. I'm quite OCD in nature so it's been looked after very well. Serviced every year and comes with all MOT and service paperwork etc. I believe I am only the 3rd owner, including the garage I bought it from. So only the 2nd real owner to put mileage on the car. Inside and out it's in excellent condition. Much better than the age would suggest. The pictures show, it looks fantastic for a 14 year old car. Exterior and interior are very clean and tidy. There are some age related marks on the paint as to be expected on a car of this age. But all very minor. Pro's Climate Control. Oprtional extra hardly on any Fabia's of this age. Cruise Control. Optional extra. Again rare on Fabia this age. Low mileage for the year Alloys in excellent condition. Only 1 or 2 small bis of kerbing. Very minor All 4 tyres and the spare wheel are good. Interior has no rips, tears or damage to upholstery. 2 keys. Full service history. Complete handbook 20 Tax Mot till 15th Sept Con's Cd player unreliable. Skips Some small age related marks.
