Original year is 2006 but year of import is 2023 - hence falls in to the Ulez friendly category Had this Japanese Import Elgrand just over a year and have been loving it, need to downsize now so am sadly letting it go Good bits: Great runner never let me down Electric Sliding doors and roof window in the middle of the roof, as well as a air vent above the driver and passenger seat So comfortable to drive and to sleep in, it fits a double mattress in the back easily for weekend getaways Really fast and powerful V6 3.5 litre engine, so nothing is a struggle, even up mountain roads it pulls like a horse Great sunlight during the day and I'll throw in the custom made blackout blinds that are great in summer or winter for privacy and to keep it from getting too hot inside Reversing camera + side blind camera, super useful! Great AC throughout the van, goes really hot and really cold Bad bits Few signs of aging and of the paint fading/ few scratches on the bottom of the bodywork/body kit area as shown in pictures, to be expected from a van of this age One of the rear windows doesn't open (was like this when I bought it) hasn't bothered me at all as they only open a few inches anyways and the middle windows are much better for opening and closing more easily It's on lowered suspension springs, so the cornering is nice and it moves well but you feel the potholes a lot more! The windscreen wash bottle has a leak so it runs out quick The DVD player and automatic folding down screen are Japanese atm but can be changed to a UK one, and some of the buttons on the centre console are in Japanese, but there are loads of descriptions on YouTube and ways of changing them on the Elgrand forum.
