Engine has been reconditioned recently increasing durability ~ this includes: - Two new pistons - Engine stripped to component level and Washed and cleansed. - The Head Gasket Kit completely changed - The Cylinder Head stripped down and checked for wear, cracks and for trueness then pressure tested and resurfaced. - Timing Chain Kit / Timing belt kit completely changed. - Piston Rings changed - Valve guides checked for wear and replaced as necessary, valve seats are cut. - The Cylinder Block re-honed and or re-bored. - Connecting Rods re-honed. - The main and big end bearings replaced. - The Crankshaft polished and/or reground. - Oil Pump is reconditioned - New/re-faced valves lapped into the Cylinder-head and vacuum tested. - The Camshaft checked for wear and re-polished if required. - Engine reassembled with new gaskets and seals.
